At Tori Redmond Training my goal is to help you make your time spent working out valuable and productive. I want you to feel your progress and the benefits you get from a well structured fitness programme. Read on to find out more about how I can help you find a sustainable routine that supports your lifestyle and goals.
Step 1: Consultation
Before your first session you'll get a free, no strings attached, consultation. In this 30 minute conversation I'll get to know more about you: your current fitness, your lifestyle, your goals, and any health concerns or injuries you may have.
We'll also discuss what your motivations are and any potential barriers to sticking with your programme. This helps me to design a programme that will work for you in the long term.
Step 2: Programme Building
Once you've decided to go forward with some personal training sessions I will build your programme based on what we discussed in your consultation.
Your programme is designed to keep you progressing your fitness and to keep things interesting.
Your programme isn't set in stone either, if there are exercises you don't like they can be switched or adapted, and if your goals or lifestyle change so can your programme.
Step 3: Work out!
Now it's time for your first personal training session!
This can take place at my studio in Le Chable, at your home or in an outdoor public space. (I will bring the necessary equipment or you can use your own home gym equipment.)
I plan the workout for each session in advance so we can get straight into it. You can expect demonstrations, technical feedback and lots of motivation.
